Fit tips

  • Measure first. Stand on a sheet of paper and mark the heel and the tip of your longest toe. Measure the length in centimetres and match it to the CM column above. Feet swell during the day, so measure in the afternoon.
  • Many Palladium styles are unisex. If a product lists one size run for men and women and you usually buy women's sizes, use the Unisex table: a women's US 8.5 is a UK 6 (EU 40), a women's US 9.5 is a UK 7 (EU 41).
  • Between sizes? Message us before you order - call or WhatsApp 079 062 6017 - and we'll help you choose. On full-price items your first exchange is free (see our Refund & Exchange Policy). Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, so check your size carefully before you order.
  • Kids. Children's styles run from UK10 (EU28) to UK2.5 (EU35).
