DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your details for faster checkout, track your orders, and manage your delivery addresses.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

Use the search icon at the top of the page to search by keyword, product name, or style. You can also browse by category (Mens, Womens, Kids, Apparel, Accessories, Sale) using the navigation menu.

HOW DO I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT?

Click on any product image or name to visit the product page. There you'll find the full product description, available sizes, colours, price, and care information.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

Yes β€” visit our Size Guide for full conversion charts covering Men's, Women's, Unisex, and Children's sizing across US, UK, EUR, and CM measurements. If you're unsure of your size, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

While we do our best to display product colours accurately, please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's settings. We cannot guarantee that your display perfectly represents the actual product colour.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse the website and click on a product you'd like to buy. Select your size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, click the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete checkout. Visit our How to Order page for a full step-by-step guide.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We offer a range of secure payment options:

  • PayJustNow β€” split your purchase into 3 equal monthly payments, interest-free and fee-free.
  • PayFlex β€” pay 25% upfront and the rest over 6 weeks, interest-free.
  • Float β€” interest-free instalments for credit card holders.
  • Mobicred β€” a revolving credit facility for online shopping.
  • Lay-buy β€” spread your payments over time before your order ships.
  • Standard card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT are also accepted.

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled, as we begin processing orders promptly. If you have an urgent concern, please contact us immediately at palladium@partisanandco.com or call/WhatsApp 079 062 6017.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL β€” WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at palladium@partisanandco.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we'll assist you.

DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver throughout South Africa. We also ship to a number of African countries including Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Kenya, Ghana, and more. Visit our International Shipping page for the full list.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and may take up to 2 working days to be dispatched. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 working days (please allow extra time if you are in a more remote area). Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

  • Orders under R1,500: R150 delivery fee
  • Orders R1,500 and over: Free delivery
  • Express delivery (1–3 working days): R200

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

WHAT IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that a R150 parcel rerouting fee applies if an incorrect delivery address was provided.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to collect your parcel. Contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.

SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER!

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at palladium@partisanandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Email us at palladium@partisanandco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Include the unused item(s) in their original packaging along with a copy of your invoice and a completed return form. We will arrange collection from you at no charge for your first exchange (see conditions below).

ARE EXCHANGES FREE?

Your first exchange is free, provided the reason is a sizing error of one size up or one size down from what you ordered. Any further exchanges, or exchanges due to an incorrect size being ordered (e.g. you ordered a UK4 but wanted a UK7), will incur a R150 fee covering collection and redelivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received and inspected your return, your account will be credited within 8 days. Please allow a further 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM β€” WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologise. Please email palladium@partisanandco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT CARE

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PALLADIUM BOOTS?

Care instructions depend on the material of your boots:

  • Leather: Gently rub with a damp cloth using lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash or use bleach.
  • Suede & Nubuck: Use a dedicated suede brush on dry shoes only. Do not use water as it may cause permanent staining.
  • Canvas: Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, or machine wash at a maximum of 30Β°C. Air-dry only β€” do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat. Do not use bleach.
  • Synthetic Materials: Follow the relevant leather or suede instructions depending on the texture.

Always air-dry your boots naturally at room temperature. Stuff with paper or use a shoe tree to maintain their shape.
