Shipping policy

We ship from our Johannesburg warehouse, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 working days of being placed. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery (3–7 working days): R150. Free on orders of R1 500 or more. Please allow extra time if you are in a remote area.
• Express delivery (1–3 working days, main centres): R200.
• Collect in store – 25 4th Avenue, Parkhurst, Johannesburg: free. Wait for the "ready for collection" email before coming in, and bring your order number.

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We also deliver to selected African countries by DHL at the rate quoted at checkout; duties and taxes in the destination country are for your account, and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tracking and problems

You receive a tracking link by email when your parcel is dispatched. If a parcel has not arrived within the quoted time, email palladium@partisanandco.com or WhatsApp 064 506 7764 with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay: a R150 re-routing fee applies if a parcel has to be redirected because the address given was incorrect.

Please check your parcel on arrival. Damage in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours with a photograph so that we can claim from the courier and send a replacement.
