We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return/exchange the product to us within 14 days and we’ll credit your account/exchange the products (regrettably we cannot refund/ exchange international orders)
You can return/exchange your order no charge within 14 days, provided:
- The cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of the last article of your order.
- You have sent your refund request to email@example.com
- Place the unused goods together with the copy of the invoice and the completed return form, in the original packaging. Wrap the box so that no damage can incur during the transport. For this purpose it is advised to use overwrap, paper, plastic bag or a bigger box (please do not put any tape directly on the box as it would derogate its value).
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise the necessary collection details
- We will collect the product/products from you at no charge. Upon returning, you are fully responsible for the product(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport. **PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE AT NO CHARGE FOR THE FIRST EXCHANGE (PROVIDED IT WAS SIZE ERROR OF 1 BELOW OR 1 ABOVE ORDERED SIZE - ANY EXCHANGES FOLLOWING THE FIRST EXCHANGE OR INCORRECT SIZE CHOSEN (IE ORDERED UK4 AND WANTED UK7) WILL BE AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE of R150 (THIS INCLUDES COLLECTION AND DELIVERY)
- Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
Regrettably no exchanges/returns on SALE items
Regrettably we cannot refund/ exchange international orders made outside South Africa
If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.
If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you may be liable to reimburse www.partisanandco.com. for the cost of having the product returned to you.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse www.palladiumboots.co.za for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having
