WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Effective Date: July 2019

PALLADIUM South Africa will accept returns for non-sale items purchased on the PALLADIUM South Africa online store that are sent back within 14 days from received date, stated on the waybill, for a refund, credit or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or credit but can be exchanged for another style, colour or size. Requests for product to be returned after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted, unless the claim is due to a faulty product. Exchanges may be done directly at one of our retail stores or you may return to the online store for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice.

A return must be arranged by sending an e-mail to hello@palladiumboots.co.za.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No scents or odors
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All tags must be attached
  • All original packaging must be included
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

All returns must be arranged by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and further instruction will be given.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?

Delivered items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to PALLADIUM and the customer will be credited for the product cost. Customers will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated delivery charges.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located in the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.
