PALLADIUM South Africa will accept returns for items purchased on the PALLADIUM South Africa online store that are sent back within 10 days from received date, stated on waybill, for a refund. Requests for product to be returned after 10 days of receipt will not be accepted, unless the claim is due to a faulty product. Exchanges may only be done directly at one of our retail stores. You may return to the online store for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice.

Delivered items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to PALLADIUM and the customer will be credited for the product cost. Customers will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated delivery charges.
