LEVEL 4 DELIVERY REGULATIONS

Please note all orders of essential items (except Sandals, Caps & Tees) will now be processed and delivered under Level 4 regulations.
All non-essential orders (containing Sandals, Caps & Tees) placed from 25th March, will be processed after the National Lockdown or until further notice.

DELIVERY

We currently offer Standard delivery only which costs R80.00 for orders under R1,000.00

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?

JOHANNESBURG or PRETORIA/TSHWANE:

Your order will be delivered through our in-house drivers and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered and received. You will not receive a WAYBILL # to track your order but you may email [email protected] on the status of your order.

MAIN CENTRES OF DURBAN, CAPETOWN, EAST LONDON or PORT ELIZABETH:

Your order will be delivered with www.courierit.co.za . After ±3 days from ordering, you should be emailed a WAYBILL # to track your delivery on the CourierIT website. Your order will take 4-6 working days to be delivered and received.

OUTLYING AREAS:

During the festive season, our delivery time can be expected to be between 7-10 working days.

During promotional periods, especially Black Friday, our delivery time can be expected to be between 7-10 working days.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS DISPATCHED?

You will be notified via email once your order has gone out. Delivery times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. We do not deliver to any PO Box addresses.

CANCELLATIONS

In stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed real-time, so cancelling an in-stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please email [email protected] as soon as possible after the order has been placed. 

COVID DELIVERY INFO

If you order from Wednesday 25th of March 2020 onwards, your order will only be processed after the lockdown period is over and you can expect up to 7 days for delivery.
